JMC Study Hub (“JMC Study Hub”, “we”, “our”, “us” or the “Platform”) is an educational platform providing learning services in the areas of Journalism, Mass Communication, Media, Creativity, Digital Skills, Artificial Intelligence, competitive examination preparation and related educational disciplines.
JMC Study Hub operates as a sole proprietorship of Ranjan Kumar.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, store, share, retain and protect personal information when users access or interact with our website, learning systems, mobile application, payment services, communication channels, online and offline programmes and other associated services.
By registering on the Platform, purchasing a course, submitting an enquiry, communicating with us or using our services, users acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

- webinars, workshops, classes and educational events;
- online and offline learning programmes.
4. Learning Platform and Mobile App Data
JMC Study Hub uses Tutor LMS for learning-management functions such as student and instructor accounts, course delivery, assessments, progress tracking and related academic activities.
JMC Study Hub also provides learners with access to services through its JMC Study Hub mobile application, supported through Proctur technology and application services.
The data maintained through these systems may be separate and may include:
- login and registration information;
- course enrolment and access;
- academic progress;
- lesson completion;
- quizzes and assessments;
- attendance or learning activity, where applicable;
- notifications and announcements;
- certificates;
- instructor activity;
- support and service information.
Such information is processed only for legitimate educational, operational and service-delivery purposes.
5. WhatsApp and Communication Services
JMC Study Hub may use the WhatsApp Business Platform, including WhatsApp Cloud API, for communication with learners, prospective students, parents, customers and other users.
Information processed through WhatsApp may include:
- mobile number;
- profile name, where available;
- message content;
- course enquiries;
- admission and counselling information;
- support requests;
- communication history;
- course interests and preferences.
WhatsApp may be used for enquiries, student support, enrolment assistance, class notifications, reminders, payment assistance, service communication and permitted promotional communication.
Information transmitted through WhatsApp may also be processed by Meta and WhatsApp in accordance with their applicable privacy practices and terms.
6. Payments and Razorpay
JMC Study Hub uses Razorpay and may use other authorised payment-service providers for processing course fees and related transactions.
Payment providers may process information such as:
- payment method;
- transaction details;
- billing information;
- payment status;
- refund information;
- settlement information.
JMC Study Hub does not ordinarily store complete debit or credit card numbers, CVV information, UPI PINs, banking passwords or similar confidential payment credentials on its own systems.
We may retain transaction ID, amount paid, invoice details, payment status, refund status and related records for enrolment, accounting, taxation, customer support and dispute resolution.
The existing policy already states that payment information is processed through third-party gateways and that full card details are not stored by JMC Study Hub.
7. How We Use Personal Information

- Tutor LMS – learning-management and course-delivery functions;
- Proctur – mobile application and related educational technology services;
- Razorpay – payment processing;
- Meta / WhatsApp – messaging and WhatsApp Business Platform services;
- Google Cloud – cloud infrastructure, application hosting, webhook processing, automation, logging, databases and related technical services.
JMC Study Hub may also engage other authorised providers for hosting, communication, analytics, technical support, legal, accounting or operational purposes.
Personal information is shared with service providers only to the extent reasonably necessary for providing the relevant service.
9. Social Media and Online Interactions
JMC Study Hub may maintain official accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other social media services.
