ITG-24E Countertop Electric Griddle with Thermostatic Controls, 24"W, 2 Elements

With two heating elements controlled with individual thermostats, the IKON ITG-24E electric griddle enables users to set two different cook zones for cooking different types of products. The griddle’s front and sides are stainless steel and its back is made of galvanized steel to help it withstand heavy-duty use without corroding. Measuring 1-inch thick, the griddle’s plate is made of polished steel to support frequent use at high temperatures. To raise the IKON ITG-24E electric griddle up and keep it from scorching countertops, it stands on 4-inch legs that are adjustable for stability. Controlling hot oil runoff, a 4-inch-wide grease trough at the unit’s front collects melted fat and crumbs and transports them into the unit’s grease drawer. Enabling users to fry, grill, toast, and warm products, this griddle can be set to temperatures from 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
